At Big Toe Yoga we bring yoga and mindfulness practices to kids to promote health, happiness and well-being. In a BTY session, kids stretch, breath, balance, partner with other kids, dance and sing. BigToeYoga invites children to explore ways to move and breathe to feel peaceful, joyful, energetic, confident and calm.

Judy Atrubin, a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist loves to move with kids of all ages. She has taught yoga to children in studios, schools and at hospitals in Minnesota, New York City, and internationally.
